Subprocessors
BidChex uses the service providers below to operate the BidChex platform. Each is bound by contract to protect the information it handles and to use it only to provide services to BidChex.

Artificial Intelligence Processing
AI features are processed through Google Cloud. Under the applicable Google Cloud terms, Google does not use BidChex customer content to train its models, and processes that content only to return a result to BidChex.
BidChex does not send bank account numbers, card numbers, or building access PINs to AI processing.
What Is Not on This List
Your building's access control equipment. Camera video, door entry and exit records, and similar records are created and stored on equipment located at the property, which the Association owns and operates. BidChex sends resident names, units, and access credentials to that equipment by API, but does not receive its records and does not operate it. That equipment is not a BidChex subprocessor, and its manufacturer's terms, not BidChex's, govern what it records and how long it keeps it.
Your connected email provider. If you connect a third-party mailbox through Mail Center, your email provider is your vendor, not a BidChex subprocessor. BidChex reads from that mailbox under the authorization you grant; the provider's own terms govern the mailbox itself.
Your Association's own vendors. Banks, accountants, attorneys, insurers, and management companies engaged directly by an Association are the Association's vendors, not BidChex subprocessors.
